ERIN - SALON OWNER/LEAD STYLIST
Erin is our fearless leader! She has been in the industry for 16 years and has quite the resume. She began her career in a busy well-known salon as a receptionist during hair school. She then worked her way up to one of their top stylists as well as their education director. At the same time, she was an educator for the leading color company, Goldwell. There she traveled to different salons around the country teaching the ins and outs of the color line and techniques to other Hair artists. With this wealth of knowledge, she decided it was time to create a salon of her own. She has been the owner of Blush Salon for 9 years all while raising her 3 children! She is a color and hair cut genius as many would say. She not only makes her guests look their best, but she also creates an amazing bond with them! She has truly generated something special at Blush & co!
JENNA - SALON OWNER
Running the daily operations at Blush Salon for 9 years, Salon owner Jenna is the center of our salon’s life making sure that the needs of all our guests and staff exceed expectation. Her career in the beauty industry started out as a part time job helping her sister, Erin with the opening of her dream salon. That quickly turned into a strong love for the industry and became her full-time career. With her background in business management, marketing, and customer service the two of them joined forces and became a dynamic duo! Her dedication to the success of Blush & Co. is unmatched, all while raising her 2 children! She is passionate about keeping up to date with the latest trends and products. She attends classes and let’s face it, tries out all the products! She also runs our social media platforms and comes up with the best captions!
ADRIANNA
Adrianna is our blonding connoisseur! She graduated from Capital Region Boces in June of 2021. She then went on to assist under salon owner Erin. In 4 short months, she was on the floor and making quite the name for herself! She is famous on our Instagram page for her stunning before and after photos! Blondes may have her heart, but she also stays busy with custom color transformations, tape in and weft hair extensions, fun copper colors, and getting tattoos! She is devoted to making people look and feel their best. She looks forward to “hairapy” sessions with her guests!
BIONHKA
Bionhka is our custom color queen! Although she has only been in the industry a little over a year, she is taking it by storm! She graduated with much praise from The Orlo School of Hair Design and Cosmetology in March of 2023. She then assisted under salon owner Erin until August of 2023. Erin was confident in her skills, and she has been flourishing ever since. She is keeping up to date with the latest trends and techniques by continuing her education. Aside from custom color she enjoys all blonding services, eyebrow waxing, and giving her guests the bounciest blow outs! Bionhka is our resident make up enthusiast. With her experience working at Ulta Beauty she is your go to for any make up advice!
JILL
Jill is our creative color and cut maven! She has had a successful 25 years in the industry and never fails to put a smile on everyone’s face! The atmosphere she creates for her guests have them feeling amazing about themselves and her skills from beginning to end! Fun fact, prior to the opening of Blush & co. she had worked in this very building for 9.5 years! Accommodating her guests is of the upmost importance therefor she is always willing to be flexible with her schedule, she also offers a wide range of services. She is all about a self-care moment and is always accepting new clients! She is just the best, what more can we say?!
GABBY
Gabby is our Slovakian sassy salon mom! With 47 years of experience behind the chair she has a wealth of knowledge in all thing’s hair! She not only takes great care of all her guests, but she also takes care of all of us at Blush & co! Most of her guests have been with her over 30 years! She specializes in short cuts, perms, and root touch ups! If your looking to belly laugh the whole time you are at the salon, she is your girl!

Keleigh
Keleigh is a wonderful hairstylist looking to elevate your experience while getting your hair done! Specializing in all things lived in, Blonding and eye lash extensions. Spending time in keleighs chair is not something you will regret. If you are looking for an experienced stylist specializing in the services you want, keleigh is your girl!
KRISTEN
Kristen is our vibrant visionary. She is coming up on 5 years in the beauty industry and is passionate about fades, shag haircuts, and creative color. Keeping your hair healthy is one of her top priorities! Her positive attitude and sweet personality make your experience one of a kind. When she isn't being creative behind the chair, she is doing her thing on the dance floor and spending time with loved ones. If you haven't come across her Instagram page, her fashion color/vivid creations will blow your mind!
BRIAHNA
Briahna is our custom blonding beauty! She brings 4 years of industry experience and has been loving every minute behind the chair! Blonding may be her passion, but every service excites her! Her good vibes and love for all things beauty make her such a special stylist! When she isn't creating beautiful looks behind the chair, she is spending time with her friends. She really enjoys meeting new people and can't wait to have you in her chair!
AESTHETICIANS
MADDISYN
Maddi is our lovely lash artist! She graduated from the Orlo School of Cosmetology and Hair design and found that all things lash, brows, facials, and full body waxing was her passion! She loves to give her guests the highest quality services with every attention to detail all while making sure her guests feel safe, comfortable, and happy. Her goal is to accentuate her guest’s natural beauty by taking her time, making perfect fans, creating a mega volume full set with full coverage, giving you the lash lift of your dreams, laminating the perfect shaped brows, and making that skin smooth and glow from within. Let’s face it, she makes your life SO much easier! Relationships with her guests are her motivation and she can’t wait to add you to her guest list!
JENNIFER
Jennifer is our facial fanatic! She trained at the Christine Valmy School in NYC. She specializes in brightening and anti-aging facials. Not only can she provide the most relaxing and glowing facials, but she is also a make up artists! She enjoys creating both soft and bold glam looks for any occasion. She is committed to staying up to date on the latest trends, techniques, and top tier skin care products. When she is not beautifying people, she is spending time with her beautiful daughter! She is sincerely the whole package!
SALON ASSISTANT
TONY
Tony is our creative custom color and make up mogul! She graduated from The Orlo School of Cosmetology and Hair Design in August of 2023 and jumped right into all things beauty. Her charm, attention to detail, and passion for the industry makes her the perfect hair stylist! She enjoys doing make up for weddings, events, and other special occasions! Not only is she a brilliant makeup artist, but she also enjoys giving her guests lived in looks, all blonding services, and brunettes! As if she wasn’t busy enough, she also has her own small business making the most amazing smelling candles (sold in the salon), staying fit, playing with her doggies, and relaxing by the ocean. Her smile is infectious, and her talent is astonishing!
KAELYN
Kaelyn is our stylist that does it all! She graduated from the Orlo School of Cosmetology and Hair Design in May of 2023 and was eager to get behind the chair. She truly does it all and is ready for any service! She lights up the room with a positive, cheerful attitude. She loves all hair cut and color services including men’s cuts, facial waxing, and updos for weddings, events, and any special occasion. When she is not beautifying her guests, she spends her time working out, spending time with family and friends, and going on shopping sprees! If you are looking for a stylist for the whole family, she is the one!

ALEXIS
Alexis is the glue that holds ALL of us together! She started out as our evening receptionist but her hard work and dedication to the salon quickly helped her work her way up to being our full time Manager! She is the comic relief we all need after, before, and during a long workday! Her background in customer service makes her the perfect gal to run the show! If you need anything during your visit, she is your go to!
